In the arena of athletics, hardly any sports are as tough and aggressive as wrestling. This competitive event was one of the planet's first, existing in every culture around the world in different varieties. Any sport necessitates a great deal of devotion and honor, although considering each sport many mentors would admit that wrestling is feasibly the most rigorously challenging in relation to personal discipline. To do well in this physical pursuit, at any degree, the person needs to be not just strong of a physical nature and mind, but of courage, also.

Yefim Toybin's knowledge of freestyle wrestling is at a world class level and he initially received a degree in Civil Engineering from the Soviet Union. Later, Yefim Toybin got a Master's Degree for the Coaching of Wrestling from the State Central Institute of Physical Culture ( currently known as the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport and Tourism). The Soviet Union has triumphed the worldwide types of wrestling for the past forty years. Yefim Toybin was coaching teenage males ages 15 to 16 at the Cadet Freestyle Wrestling Team level in Moscow during the period in which they toured The U.S. In the Soviet Union Schools of Sport the students are personally mentored by the same coach from beginning when they are 10 and ending at age 18. Each year, the most impressive athletes in each sport are gathered together at the national and local camp for training. Yefim served in the role of a freestyle wrestling coach at a great many of these training camps.

After the breakup of the Soviet Union, Toybin relocated with his family to the city of Phoenix in Arizona. While here he has worked admirably to earn not just a solid track record for himself, but a role of aiding others by extending his unique personal gifts with Phoenix's junior athletic competitors.

Even more than his freestyle wrestling technical skills, Yefim Toybin remains a pro in routines for warm ups and sports games, which make wrestling practices far less monotonous to junior wrestlers. For the past three years, Yefim Toybin has served as freestyle coach forfor Desert Mountain High School in Scottsdale. Mr. Toybin's coaching showed itself to be an integral part of Shane McGough's evolution as a freestyle wrestler. Shane finished fifth at 125 pounds in the Asics Junior National Freestyle Wrestling Championships in Fargo, North Dakota in July 2009.

His experience with of the Russian two on one and Front Headlock series is exceptional. Both of these two series have enabled Soviet Union wrestlers to bebe the highest rated inat worldwide competitions on a consistent basis. His philosophy with coaching is quite optimistic and inspiring in nature with all of his athletes. That is definitely why his athletes get so much out of Yefim Toybin's coaching and everyone I have personally talked with is grateful to have Yefim Toybin as their coach. This remains a lot of what fills me with pride to callhim my friend. Are you looking for a coach like Yefim Toybin.
